I'm a repeat/regular customer of Hi-Tech Pest Control. For several years< I was having problems with carpenter ants; the owner of Hi-Tech said several times that the ants were traveling from a dead tree in the yard into the home through the fireplace. Hi-Tech continued to service the infestation until I followed their advice and had the tree removed...Ant problem gone! This company is knowledgeable about nesting habits, entry points, migration patterns, focus of attraction and all things pest related. I then had a bees nest set up in the weeping holes of my front door. Following a single treatment from Hi-Tech, the problem was gone. My most recent encounter with pests involved mosquitos. Hi-Tech came out and eradicated the issue with one application.I love to sit on my porch in the warm months and Hi-Tech makes sure there are no insects intruding on my outdoor space! I am assured there are no bees, mosquitos, ants, or anything else flying or crawling. OCCASIONALLY, I'll see an insect but it is very comfortable for someone like me with an actual phobia for crawlers.The service is prompt, targeted, efficient and cost effective!I highly recommend Hi-Tech's services. Hi-Tech is always my first choice when when the subject of pest control is raised!

I first called a different company before Hi-tech and they tried to stear me in a different direction of my pest problem (on top of improperly trying to solve it). I had red flags pop up so I started looking for a second opinion and by the grace of God we came across Hi-tech. I called and made an appointment with Don. He was very professional, educational, helpful, and super nice. We also enjoyed his company and the great conversations. He truly is a blessing!!! Don really does care about people and their situation. He went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend!!!

This is a real review (not paid for). Called for service to deal with a yellow jacket nest in the house wall and they were out within a couple hours. Dan was courteous, professional and friendly. Same day service can't be beat. Would definitely use this company again and would refer others to them.

Once again, dart throwing by a dermatologist. Called hi tech, very thorough on the phone , before setting up appointment. Don Dailey called 30 minutes before appointment. Showed up & was very professional. One of nicest guys I have talked to in a long time. Went thru any area that could possibly have any critters. NONE were found -yeaaaaa. Dermatologist was wrong ! Also said house was super clean ! ZERO charge. All he asked was to give good word of mouth for company, which I intend on continuing!

Hi-Tech helped us get rid of an annoying combination of yellow jackets and carpenter ants.  Whenever I've called them, its always been last minute.  However, they always come out for the treatment, are very professional, let me know exactly when the problem will be resolved, and they are always correct.  Hi-Tech is the only company I will ever use!

Very professional and responsive. I had concerns about bed bugs and was anxious for a same day inspection. He did a thorough inspection of all areas taking his time to ensure there were no other issues. The charge for the inspection was more than fair and I highly recommend this company for honesty and professionalism.

We were experiencing a yellow jacket infestation in the garden window of our kitchen so we called Hi-Tech Pest Control.  They were able to fit us in their schedule quickly.  The man who showed up at our house immediately gave us the impression that he meant business and knew what he was doing.  He asked us questions to make sure he understood the issue and then sprayed the area.  The cost was very reasonable and it came with a guarantee.  When the issue wasn't solved a week or two later, they quickly came back out to address it again.  After their second visit the bees were gone.  I am really appreciative that they were able to come out quickly both times and get us taken care of!

I have been a customer of Hi-Tech for about four years now, I found him on the internet when I found out that I had mice. This was the ONLY company that could get to come out that week before I moved because I couldn't live with mice knowingly eating my food at night. He came out and I haven't seen them since; Second, third time Don comes out to my house is for spiders and ants. I call him every year he's always nice, professional and educate myself and husband. He's like apart of the family know :). I recommended him to my sister for her mice problem, then she recommended him to a sister in-law who had mice problems also. He was prepared to mask up and put shoe covers on before entering my home because of COVID, but there was know need since the problem was on the outside of my home. so i read the bad reviews because i always do and i thought that i would still see what i can get out of this because i have been told tha this company is the only company that has gotten rid of bed bugs for good and also everybody situation is gonna be different. i always will see both sides of coin no matterr what . so i ended up listening good during my consultation and what they were saying made sense enough for me to go ahead and purchase the service. it ended up been a good idea and i was able to get rid of the bed bugs finally. will keeps using them from now on !

As a single mother of three I don't have much time or money to spend on pest control. Thankfully, Hi-Tech was able to get rid of my bed bugs for a fair price. I am so pleased with hi tech !  I have already spent $4800 with Terminix and orkin and have NOT had any bedbug resolutions. My kids were bitin up for months and I was too worried about the diseases that these bugs can transmit when they are feeding on human blood. I lost sleep for months trying to get this figured out and now thank God I founds these guys

Don was awesome. He spent a bunch of time with me over the phone when I called, answering all my questions. When I asked if I could schedule to have someone come take a look at my ant problems, he offered me a two-hour window period in the afternoon for the following day. He said the morning was already very full, and he didn't want to leave me waiting. I appreciated that he was treating my call with the urgency it deserved. The following day, we didn't meet until about 45-minutes after the scheduled window. I really think that was understandable and completely acceptable bc it was a very narrow window to begin with (only two hours!) and most companies give you windows like "how about from 8am to 4pm next week?" His estimated time of availability was pretty accurate, which I am impressed by. Don offered me helpful advice, thorough information, relevant anecdotes, a list of trusted resources, and the perfect amount of friendly conversation. I know now that I have found a pest control company that I will be able to rely on for as long as I'm here. Don is a gem - do yourself a favor and call him! It sounds like the people who wrote the one-star reviews were treating Don disrespectfully without even noticing that they were doing so. If you know how to treat someone with respect, and not erase their humanity just b/c you're looking for a bid, you will probably have a stellar experience with this outstandingly well-informed professional! I will definitely be recommending Hi-Tech Pest Control to my friends and family, and I am looking forward to applying all of Don's good advice.

This company is very professional and they get the job done!I am very satisfied with the service. I called Terminex to come out and take care of some problems (ants). They wanted a contract I did it and for three month straight I still had the same flow of ants. I immediately cancelled the agreement.I called Hi-Tech and literally in one application I no longer saw the ants.However he agreed to come back in two to three weeks to continuethe application. It was not needed!!!!

I've had Don spray my house and exterior property for carpenter ants every year for several years. They're an annual occurrence where I live, and he has always been thorough and willing to come back for second applications. When I've had hornets' nests (more than once) he has removed them successfully and gotten rid of any remaining hornets for a reasonable price. Overall, I've been quite happy. He is a one-man outfit, though, so occasionally he might get hung up on a given job, which might delay him at subsequent jobs that day. It happens rarely, and I've never felt that was an unreasonable inconvenience.

I'm very happy to chose this company as my bug problem solver. I was reluctant at first since I was not familiar with this company but I'm pleased with the service and will call in the future should I have another bug issue. This company was on time and reasonable due to the nature of my problem.

We’ve used Hi-Tech on a couple of properties for almost 10 years. They always deliver top notch service. We call Hi Tech for yearly treatment to keep the ants and spiders away but have called them out In an emergency to flush out critters and they did the job. I wouldn’t use any other company!

Not only did he eliminate my bug problem completely, but he went above and beyond to help me as I had cancer and couldn’t physically do all of the requirements to aid him in prep. in 2015,, I was dealing with a lot of pressure...had spiders galore and other creepy crawlers with a million legs...I called hi tech pest control and I received immediately response and Don came over to service my home. I learned a lot during this visit about how bugs enter into the homes. I had to prepare for him to get into areas as my house is fully furnished...he sprayed and bombed my home ..my problem was solved. So thankful for this company and Don as my experience was enlightening and I learned so much about bugs. Today I called him to set-up an appointment...he was on time and he was able to get the job done. I would highly recommend him for any pest problem.. trust me...it was worth the money.

Hi-Tech is the very best pest control service I have ever used. Don just came to my house for the sixth year in a row to address my annual carpenter ant infestation. I live in an area that has many mature trees  which come with unwanted pests. I first used Hi-Tech to take care of the spiders around my house. Once Don came, I saw NOTHING; no mosquitos, no spiders, no moths - NOTHING for two years! Then I started to have a serious carpenter ant problem. I had no idea those pesky ants grow to 1 1/2 inches in size with wings! Don came and assured me the ants would be gone within two weeks. He was right! I did not see another ant for the entire year. Whatever Don uses stops them at the door. So every year when I start to see dead ants at the door (whatever Don put down lasts for years!) I give Hi-Tech a call for my annual treatment. Then I see NOTHING. Don is amazing; his prices are extremely reasonable; and I only need one treatment per year. I will never use any other company!
