Female Bed bugs lay up to 20 eggs within several days, they are white in color and their eggs resemble rice but they are much smaller in size. Only inseminated females will lay eggs. The eggs will hatch in approximately 7 to 14 days and take about 6 weeks to mature and start reproduction. The young nymphs will start feeding immediately.
Bed bug eggs can be found underneath box springs and linings, mattresses, or anywhere bed bug populations can be found near humans. Visible eggs means that you are approaching the unhealthy stage or you already have an overpopulated infestation.
BED BUG EGGS ARE NOT IMPERVIOUS TO TREATMENT
Bed bug eggs will be the first to die! It is the adults that are difficult to kill and resistant.
